rules.jpgYes, roller derby has a strict set of rules. No, we do not use our elbows.As a banked track league, we will follow WORD rules once our track construction is complete. Until then, however, we will continue to bout our flat-track sisters under their WFTDA Rules-Updated May 26, 2010.
